I've got myself a 4' tall ~1000sf crawl space in my new house and we'll probably store a fair bit of stuff down there but I have noticed that humidity down there is about 65% which seems to be higher than what most people consider ok. It's concrete all around with insulation on the outer walls and what looks like a single vent that goes upstairs into the house.

Should I be putting a dehumidifier down there to bring it down to ~50% humidity or should I look at hooking up a couple fans to push air into the vent? Or is should I just keep an eye on it for now as the house is brand new and things are just settling in?
