Anyone sold their car to Applewood Performance Center before?

They contacted me about buying my car which I post on Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace.
The offer was alright and subject to inspection, so I am wondering if there is anything I need to beware of?

Why do you care who buys it as long as you get paid in currency?
They could have an orgy in it for all I care.

Not unheard of that dealerships call their customers expressing interests on their car then lowball them. They're just another potential buyer. Treat it like another showing.

You can expect they will ask you to buy something from their current inventory

I sold my W204 C63 to them about 3 months ago. I'll be honest I was hesitant at first, however they made it seemless. They requested me bring it in for an inspection, (needed a few things) they didn't try and haggle me down on their original offer. I ended up getting what I was asking in my FB marketplace add.
From the time it was inspected to the time I had a cheque in my hand was 3 days.

Treat it like any buyer as others have said. I sold a car to an OEM dealer last year and the process was very straightforward - there was no expectation to buy anything and they didn't try to lowball me when I got to the dealership.

All I can think of when I see Applewood is that stupid jingle from the radio "It's all gooood at Applewooood"
Not sure if this will factor in your decision or not. Hope that helps though.
its a trap to get you into a kia

I prefer selling at a dealership. It’s less hassle and avoid the time spent dealing with flaky buyers on FB air CL
