He's been an addict for years he probably relapsed or the years of drugs finally caught up to him.
RIP

They're saying possible heart attack which then caused drowning?
Antivax twitter going full throttle at the moment.

he hasn't been well as a few mentioned. Doubt you just drown....
Hoenstly, i don't think any of the ladies are doing well cause well.. they old LOL.
Surprisingly Jen Aniston did the best with a lot of movies. Matt L. did a few other series...
end of an era to say the least.

Aniston definitely had the most successful career after Friends. But all of them were making $20m annually from just royalties from the show. None of them really had to work after that.

You can absolutely "just drown" in a jacuzzi if you're in there too long. It lowers BP and dilates blood vessels, causing the heart to work extra hard. Then you basically lose the ability to really move, and even if you wake up drowning, your body won't respond, and your head stays under water. Considering the abuse he's put his body through over decades, it's even more of a risk.
Should never go into 40C+ water for very long, especially if you're alone

Wonder if there are any correlation regarding his two hour pickleball session. Then he jumps right into the hot tub. His body was already stressed from strenuous exercise.

So he usually plays 2 hour sessions but on that particular day after 1 hour he called it quit saying he was exhausted.

Could have been having a heart event even before he got into the jacuzzi

If you have read his book, he disclosed a few details.
got this clip from Van Sun
"Seventeen years later, his colon would explode because of decades of abuse to his body, and he was forced to wear a colostomy bag for several months. In January 2022, he underwent the 14th surgery related to the consequences of his addictions. In November of that year, he published a personal memoir, Friends, Lovers and the Big Terrible Thing. Searingly honest, it was an immediate bestseller."
He was on a high at 1 M an episode for say.. 6 years at best.
then it stopped.
Movie never was a good avenue for him.
Someone being on top of the world to being lowest. Not even the money, but the fact you're empty, alone and doing nothing that has the same high or importance.
That was for the next 20 years. It's tough.

I feel like that might happen to a smaller degree with social media. Someone getting some followers, posting and "creating" crap for likes, and then one day do something so stupid that they get "cancelled" or just not on-trend any more.
That's going to take a toll mentally, for anyone, whether we want to admit that or agree with their lifestyle choices.

Isn't pickleball the sport of choice for aging boomers? Never played but looks to me like a a bit more involved table tennis game.

fun fact of the day
His mother, Suzanne Marie Morrison (née Langford, born 1948),[2] is a Canadian journalist who was press secretary to Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau. His father, John Bennett Perry (born 1941), is an American actor and former model.[3][4]
Perry's parents separated when he was one year old, and his mother married Canadian broadcast journalist Keith Morrison. He was raised by his mother mostly in Ottawa, Ontario, but he also lived briefly in Toronto and Montreal.[5] Perry attended Rockcliffe Park Public School and Ashbury College, a boarding school in Ottawa.[6][7]
By age 10, Perry started misbehaving. He stole money, smoked, let his grades slip, and beat up fellow student and future Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau
