Any recommendations for flooring installers for a condo?
We are moving out of our place in December and will be ripping up all the old stained carpet and installing laminate or vinyl plank prior to putting the condo up for sale. Preferences between laminate or vinyl plank? Not sure the route I should go. We won't be living in it, but I want it to look good.

I've used Golden Trim Flooring myself in the past twice, and recommended them to quite a lot of people. Their various products are all very solid, and I've asked them for recommendations on installers in the past, so you can certainly give that a try as well.

Laminate & vinyl are very similar.....(wood picture on a floating core, they can basically look the same depending on the models)
Nowadays a lot of people are going with vinyl because it is also waterproof.
But the downside is they are much thinner (5-9mm including the underpad), vs laminate which is usually 12mm + 2-3mm underpad.
They are usually similarly priced ($2.5-3.5/sqft). If you are selling probably go with vinyl, I found people like hearing vinyl floor more and think it is a higher grade materials than laminate...(I personally think they are the same grade of materials)

Thanks for the tips regarding thinness. My condo strata has a minimum including the underpad, so I have to ensure it meets guidelines.
