do these lower the total offset of the wheel while mounted?

i dont realy get ur question..but....they go on ur hub =)

OP you need to specify how thick are these or it's really hard to figure out if they are useful for the application. Also is it from 4x100 to 4x114.3 or the other way around? Just tell us if the hub end is 4x100 or 4x114.3 thanks.

set a 4 yes, comes with all the hardware needed.
thread pitch i believe is 12x1.5
