Korean food - walking distance and in DT

Looking to take a co-worker somewhere decent but it has to be within walking distance from Howe & Cordova for a work lunch. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I don't think there are any Korean restaurants within walking distance in that area.

there are 10 korean places at robson and denman, then again, that's a bit far from cordova and howe.
