that's pretty cool .. is it hard to hook up or program ?

I have not installed it so I cant comment on installation. The instructions say that no cutting or anything is required though, and form out of the package, there are only 3 wires (all labeled), so it appears pretty straightforward. Also, reviews on the internet say its pretty simple to program.
