[URGENT] Chivas Green Tea in Richmond?

I went to a bubbletea place a while back that served test tube shots and chivas green tea, but I can't remember the name of it or the general area where it's located.

Does anyone know the name/location/what I'm talking bout?

I sometimes go to that place, its not bad. Kind of bright for a drinking establishment.

no. they're two different things

$30 for the chivas green tea.

$24 for 30 test tubes of slush alcoholic shots. choose a flavor from passion fruit, grape, and some others i forgot.
