repairing hydraulic jacks

any place in Victoria that repairs hydraulic floor jacks?

Super Dipper 03-07-2009 06:06 PM

for the cost of repair, its cheaper to replace them

well i find in most case's with jack that don't work just re fill them cause they run low and don't work no more

and some times o rings just fail and there cheep as piss like 99 cents

if the cyc is cracked you fucked or heavy scored

yup, just use a grease gun and grease that sucker up. i've had floor jacks seize up before and after some grease they were as good as new.

New/more fluid, new o-ring, and check the bleeder valve.

Fixed our "broken" 15 year old floor jack.

it's not seized i was using it one day and oil started leaking out of the bleeder valve
