I'd imagine to a certain degree this is true. Decent car = higher odds you can provide for her. Biological hardwiring.

However, once you start hitting the mid-end Acura/BMW/MB/Infiniti and above, I'm sure most girls wouldn't even know what you're driving other than it "looks good".
