Yet, 'another' MSN/WLM virus
 

Anyone got hit with it?
Two of my contacts so far spammed me with these "losing weight" links.
The weird thing is, first was a message, 2nd was a nudge, 3rd was the same message as the first.

O/T: This friend of mine kept spamming me the same link over and over for a year that I finally deleted and blocked him. :(

It's probably an old virus, some guy just didn't update his WLM/MSN and had the virus for awhile.

It's because of the idiots who enter their username and password to see who's blocking them or other stuipd shit.

^ yup. block checkers never work, but they jack everyones usernames and passwords. I've blocked a few people who refused to fix their stupid accounts, now I have 3 people spamming me this weightloss crap.

i had that. i didnt click on any link though but i started sending the shit out too. its weird. i just changed my pw and it seemd to stop

I've been getting a ton of these lately.. and if your try to respond to them it says you can't message the person.

LOL! my friend sent me the message the other day, I messaged him on facebook and he says it's weird because hasn't logged onto msn since 2006

^ then how the hell did it get his account? unless maybe he's had the same computer since then, enver reformatted, and his password is saved in MSN?

yeah, I have no idea how it even happened lol... i told him to change up his password though.
