Sources said that Damiene Iriarte, 26, was found in Fort Greene with the tip of his penis bitten off. He was taken to Brooklyn Hospital Center.

Iriarte was arrested in Suffolk County in 2003 and charged with raping a 13-year-old girl, according to court records.

He pleaded guilty in 2004 to two misdemeanors and was sentenced to 60 days in jail and probation, records show.

Iriarte, who lived in Manhattan and Suffolk County, was also arrested in 2002 in Manhattan for violating an order of protection against his girlfriend, sources said.

it says he was charged, but was he convicted? that was in 2003. In 2004 he was arrested for 2 misdemeanors and given 60 days in jail

he probably didnt rape her but it was probably her parents who wanted him charged for dating their daughter so he didnt get a serious sentence
