they have such low health, it's all about spacing and knowing when to go for it

Meh. Nothing really special. I didn't know throwing someone was ok. I remember back in the day when you threw someone, that meant if was a free pass for them to throw you back.

I agree, KOF tournaments are much more intense! I remember back in the days of KOF 97-2001, some of those guys were just nuts!!

I'd rather watch 2:45 onwards than any other fighting game tournament/moment. That parry is godlike.
