Excellent condition upholstered sectional. Made with Durapella®, which looks/feels just like seude, but is super easy to clean. Sectional includes right hand chaise and left hand love seat with hide-away Queen sleeper. Sleeper almost never been used. Also comes with accent Chair. Chair swivels 360 degrees and is a rocking chair. Very modern look. Color is mocha. Measurements of sectional are 10' long across the back, the chaise being 6' deep by 3 1/2' wide and the love seat being 3 1/3' deep. Swivel chair is 34'' deep, 32'' wide by 32'' tall.
