Only Madagascar left this time. Sell off all any active symptoms, to nil visibility, activate all transmissions, increase resistances 1 level. Once governments start closing the borders, start adding symptoms that cause death.

in one instance I STARTED in Madagascar and it made things easier when selling off the visible infections, and the disease spread like wildfire and I locked up the entire world.

That happened to me one time. Only problem was East Europe locked everything up and I ended up killing the entire world but that..

I'm playing now and I got the ENTIRE world infected and dying, and I'm saving up points for Encephalitis.

I started in Madagascar. Ships leave so infrequently, that you can build up the disease to an undetectable, highly-contagious, killer mofo, and it spreads like wildfire as soon as a boat hits land. Wiped out the whole globe.

I think one of the ONLY ways to get the whole world infected is to start in Madagascar. Presto's right, once the island is blood red, that shit will spread.

I dont think Madagascar is the best place to start.. it takes forever for it to leave.. then it has to goto a country and pretty much start from scratch there..
