quick x box live question
 

ok,
so for the last month my x box was getting fixed, so in that time my Live account ended right, so normally x box would charge it for another year but this time i lost my visa so i got a new one right, so i guess they could not charge it right for another year, so i went out and bought a 12 month pass right and so i go to punch it in and it says can not redeem code right now please update your payment options, but i cant fucking update it to put the 12 month code as my new payment, this is really fucking frustrating and all i really want to do is play some fucking halo 3

Don't have an answer for you but for future reference I would suggest turning off that stupid auto renewel thing.
