ok. so I emailed the ad, this is what I wrote.

"Hey, I saw your posting on Craigslist. I'm 22 and I actually just graduated from UBC in the Faculty of Law.
Anyways, My crew is mostly Asian with a few white friends.
So if you ever want to get a drink, let me know. We usually go to Cafe Crepe for some pitchers or to Joey's for a late night snack.

Also, if you're into clubbing we generally go to Caprice Night Club, as our friend works there or if you're into a more Asian scene we usually go to Gossip.

The ad says 20 meaning that she is supposedly 20 years of age? If so it might not be a trap since that is over the legal age limit for you know what. It could just be an act of desperation. But then again she is pretty damn hot. IMO.
