Pink Pearl under new management?
 

Has anyone been to Pink Pearl recently? My sister tells me that they're under new management, and that it's improved a lot.

attended a wedding past 2 weeks...service is pretty good but food is still substandard
very bland food

I went there about 6 months ago, the oil they use to deep fry their foods is rancid, the quality is below average, though the pricing is good.

I've always wanted to go there. I've heard good things about the Dim Sum but then again I have heard quite a few bad thing's as well.

I always seem to send up at the Golden Swan or Pink Flamingo which fricken rock. Chicken feet FTW!!!

was pink pearl pretty decent like 15 years ago? thats probably the last time i went there with my family. i remember thinking it was good but i was 11 what the hell did i know about food

^ pretty much I have been there close to 15 yrs as well before richmond became the second China town and the real china town started to go downhill........

i went about 3 months ago.... i thought the food was better than before.. can't say it was GREAT... the cold platter for the banquet was huge ! =)

Last time i went there was 10 years ago at least. My mom and dad worked there and they have a christmas dinner for employees and their family. But i heard they have changed managements quite a few times already.

I wouldn't go there again regardless even if its under new management...
