That's what I've heard growing up, then I learned you don't die everytime you get your neck brokes

You don't always have to die when you break your neck.

You can become a paraplegic! And it depends on if is any nerve damage and if there is too much nerve damage, that is when you die.

I dont think he broke his neck

he probably got hit in his jaw hard, which sends shockwaves directly towards his brain.

He probably got concussion from that one blow
