Triathlon
Anyone on this board ever do one?
did you have a trainer at all? ive been looking on the internet for info, but i would like to get some first hand knowlege if anyone has done one before... when would be a good time to make the transition say from being a marathon runner to a triathlete? 5 triathlons? im not doing this, im just looking to gain some knowledge on the topic! also...is there an amateur local triathlon? |
