I always laugh when Vancouverites whine about good weather. For the first time in years, you are getting good weather in June. You might even get 3 months of great weather, instead of the usual 6 weeks. And all you do is fucking whine about it!

My advice: Enjoy this unusually awesome weather while you can. Is it hot? Get to the fucking beach! Go rollerblading! Go for a bike ride! Get out there!

I prefer sunny, with a high in the low 20s... If you're naked and still hot, then there's not much more you can do. At least if it's cold you can wear extra clothes!
