Looking for Asahi beer in a can
I'd post this in the food and dine section but I figured I would get more of a response here.
I am looking for some Asahi beer in a can. I've seen pics of it, and some of those pics are of people in Vancouver. I am looking for the "baby" cans. I've checked the BC liquor stores and they don't carry it. Any other suggestions on where to look? http://www.csc.gov.sg/html/Newsletter/mar2005/asahi.jpg |

I have seen the baby cans at cold beer and wine stores before. Not sure how recently though. Try calling liquor depot at Lansdowne. Kev |
Thanks guys. I'll give that a try.
|
Yeah, Liquor Depot at Lansdowne Mall.
|
I think I may have come across them a few times. They're usually in Japanese restaurants/izakayas. (the genuine ones).
I can't recall which as I've been to a lot of them. |
Most Liquor Depot/Liquor Barns have them.

|
Thanks Invisible Soul.
Bought a 6 pack of the 135ml "baby" can's from the Liquor Depot in Lansdown. |
Brewery Creek probably has it. It's on 15th & Main (3045 Main Street). They have a great and different selection of beer.
|
I went there today for convenience as I was in the area. I can't believe they charge 4 dollars more for a 12 pack of beer compared to BC liquor. I ended up waling out. Cheezus Hesus.
They did have the small cans of Asahi if you're looking. |
our Asahi is brewed in Ontario :(
