WTB : Used decent PCI-E Video Card
 
Hi guys

I am currently using a cheap Asus Radeon HD 3450 - 256 MB, would like to get anything which is faster than my current card. Prefer the card is fanless or with a quiet fan. Must be Windows 7 compatible.

I am not a hard core gamer but my Windows Index was low because of my cheap video card.

Please PM me what you have.
