USB and Firewire at the same time
 

Hi this might be a stupid question, but I just bought a new router (Airport Extreme) and it has a USB port in the back that allows me to connect an external hard drive to it. I am wondering whether I can connect my external hard drive to the USB to allow sharing in my network, but use Firewire connected directly to my iMac at the same time?

You own the router already, why don't you just fucking try it and find out for yourself?

I wasn't sure if it would fuck the hard drive up.
