Whats the top speed on this thing? Is insurance any cheaper if you have your class 6?

Fastest I've gone is 60. I've read in the sites that if you change the exhaust and carb it will go 10-20 kms faster because it's very restrictive. I couldn't tell you how much it would cost if you hav a class 6 because I only hav class 5.
