possible to get USB 2.0 without a 2.0 motherboard?

are there any sort of cards you can buy, or hubs that give you USB 2.0 even if your motherboard isnt a 2.0 motherboard?

im looking on NCIX and cant really find anything but hub's which im asuming you need to have 2.0 already built in?

add in PCI usb 2.0 card. then add usb hub
