Chronic lunotriquetral ligament tear
 
Hey,

I've had a chronic injury for approximately 4 years now. I was wondering if anyone else on this forum has suffered a chronic ligament tear. How did you deal with it? Has anyone gone under the knife for ligament reconstruction and was it effective? I'm considering surgery very soon, but I would like some opinions or suggestions first. Let me know, thanks!
