the health system in China are quite different than the health system we have here; in that they won't treat you until you've paid. In other words, if you haven't paid for w/e it is that you need, you won't get any form of attention from anyone at the hospital.

its not just the hospital fees though, the doctors/staff want a "tip" before anything is done its horrifying
