Is that a pchop? Wheelbase looks a bit off.. that design does look rice. I'm guessing it'd be a vinyl patch if they did stick that on a car.

i saw an s5 in richmond on no3 road get pulled and the driver (i think) was being cuffed after being held to his trunk.
