This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between searches.
 

That's nice... but maybe when a search returns ZERO hits, the 30-second clock should be nullified? If you're trying to come up with the right keywords on a tricky/rare search, it can take for bloody ever if you have to wait 30 seconds every time your search terms fail.
