What is the point of dating?
 

I was wondering what you guys think the point of dating is? Like what is the reason for it? Someone asked the other day and I realised I don't know the answer...

To understand more about your date? To see if things can really spark? It's simple as that. If you look at it in another perspective, it's a way for you to network. Regardless if the date will work or not.

I felt like failing you but It's a question that some might ask. So I wont. ;)

what's the point of a test drive?

on a more serious note, you date to check out their personality. you check out their "externals" to decide whether you wanna go on a date this person, then if that goes through, you check out their " internals " during the date.

There's absolutely no point in dating. People just do it cuz everyone else is doing it.

there's no right answer, it depends on your personality and your perspective in dating.

an assholes view: the point of dating is to manipulate and gain the significant other's trust, as a result, fucking and getting head on a daily basis without having to be a gentlemen.

nice guys view: to spend time with the significant other, because you truly enjoy being with her and feel the chemistry.

golddiggers view: to get that LV bag.
