This is true and it's a fact. If people are questioning a technique that has been proven over thousands of years then i have No more things to say.

I think there is definitely "CHI" and that there are techniques that can help transfer energy from diff. parts of the body. But i think the technique of healing or fighting using chi is just a bit too fake.
