Not too shabby considering all I had was a point-and-shoot and no external lighting whatsoever...

But damn with a lighting kit this should be epic. Someone should do this properly while the lights are there. :thumbsup:

no but you need to take your car to do the shoot.

of course u can take shots of the lights even the dimwits at the Province did that. But to use that for backdrop for your car shoot is what hasn't been done yet.

I did go there with a car to do a shoot, but I don't feel like posting up pics of my econobox :|

an alternative spot to see the lights is granville island right by the Bridges restaurant. i took this of my S2K the other night. just make sure to bring some kind of external lighting (flash, etc)

granville island is good but it's a bit farther away from the lights. The spot I took the pics you basically park like NEXT to the big ass spot lights so you can get a little more creative.
