msnbc went undercover and discovered that retail stores sell WORN underwear...!! granted, this was in the states.. i dno what the rules are for this in canada. I ran through some receipts i have laying around and for example LaSenza does not allow refunds or exchanges on underwear. thank god.
BUT i did come across some receipts that plainly states that they accept refunds on undergarments (for example AX - they dont sell underwear but they do sell swimwear..)
