Any place sell Electroluminescent Panels locally?

I'm looking for relatively small EL panels that are available locally - ideally around 2" x 12" in size. Oh, that and a pretty small 12V inverter.

Any Ideas?

Edit, I'll make this more clear:

Length: 12"
Height = roughly 2"
