Pretty cool picture actually. Definitely looks out of place until they describe it.

Theres a forum full of cranks called "Above Top Secret" who discuss alien abduction, reptile people, angel sightings, and time travellers.

They found this picture *cough*photoshop*cough* supposedly from the 1930s in the interior of B.C. of some time traveler who used miraculous technology to watch some bridge re-open in some armpit town instead of watching Jesus get nailed to the cross or going back to kick a dinosaur in the fucking balls.

Its spread across the net like wildfire
