Wand wash?
 

Hey guys/gals,

Since moving here to Vancouver a couple years ago, I can't find a wand wash in Vancouver for the life of me... Being a detailer for the past 10 years I'd rather not have to pay someone who doesn't care to slap a couple dirty shammies on my car and call it done, or take it through one of those touchless wash crap stations. They are terrible! I hate having to go to Surrey every time I need to wash my car properly.

So, specifically in Vancouver (or northern part of Richmond), where are the the wand washes? and bonus points for those that have wet/dry vacuums!

There is one at Garden City/Alderbridge.

That's the one at the end of Alexandra right? Next to the k-mix/k-party whatevers.
I see people there late sometimes.

Wand wash is available at many Mohawk gas stations too....

but FREE wand wash is not available....if you meant not paying for the service...

LOL. I'm not looking for free wand wash, coin operated of course.

There's one near Royal Oak as well IIRC

the closest ones to your criteria would be Alderbridge and Garden City as mentioned, and the Mohawl station on Marine drive between Cambie and Oak. (diagonally across from Denny's)

I don't know where royal oak is, nor can i find it on google maps, but I'll hit up the one on garden city and alderbridge... Anyone know if it has wet/dry vacs? if not, I'll find out tomorrow when I'm there.
