Asus epc 1000 he

the thing wont start, stuck on windows start up screen

where is a good place downtown to get this thing fixed quick?

under warranty? send back to asus.. Unit should have 1 year warranty. 6 monthes batt. I just sent one back today under warranty. Screen didnt work and nothing but booted up. Your issue could be a bad hard drive.. Ive gone throught atleast 5 Asus eee pc with bad hard drives. Plus asus even ships you a box.
