sorry unfortunately i can't find pics of the rims on my car atm :( but i can say, it looked super sick on black IS350.

they'll definately fit. here's some pics of the same size rims on a black TL

does it come with lug nuts, centre caps and valve stems?

no center caps. decided that it looked better w/o it so didn't bother buying them.
as for valve stems yes, just the normal ones... nothing too fancy. i don't mind including a set of black anodized valve stems if i can still find them. (no guarantees tho) no lug nuts |
19x9 +35 offset did u get these in the semi concave?

yup 19x9 only comes in semi concave

08 TL-S needs +45 offset to clear the brembos. The wheels will fit but you need a 10 mm spacer. Then you need to roll your fenders
