Need help setting Facebook to never email me again.

Whenever I make a comment on someone's wall.
Every post following after my post will send a notification email to me.
It's really annoying.

How to I get rid of this?

uncheck all the boxes

interesting, but if u decide to not receive notifications via email, does apps on phones still get notified?
