accident on hwy 99 southbound

Just underneath the westminster hwy overpass. Car flipped over in the left lane, looks like they'll be there for a while. Lots of emergency vehicles. Avoid if you can.

i was stuck on the on ramp from hwy 91 around 11:05 pm. But only for about 15 mins until they opened a lane to let cars through. They were towing away what looked like a wrecked brown porsche boxster.
