'm looking for 4x100 to 4x100 wheel adapters to lower the offset of my wheels.

Your in need of wheel spacers, What size are you looking for ?

Looking for adapters which bolt on. 4x100 to 4x100. 56.1 bored. 15mm thickness.

Not spacers which require extended studs and pressing them out of my hubs.
