help!! program to convert video files
 

hey guys.
i recently shot a short clip with my nokia N97 phone and i need to convert the MPEG-4 file to WMV file so i can do some quick editting on windows movie maker.

do you guys have any specific program you use that won't lower the sound/video quality??

hopefully it's something free/trial i can download. that'd be great!
