anyone running a race header or is cat-less
 

Just wondering if anyone is running a race header or is cat-less on their daily driver.

I was straight piped on 3/4 cars. Louder than a "race" header. And what's a cat?

i got a DC header and a hollowed-out cat, sounds pretty obnoxiously loud :D

used to have a Header back exhaust
Loud as f--k
got VI during summer in Richmond :rofl:

Drove past tons of cops with these two setups


(and my engine was already warm and the turbo had spooled down)

I had a catless downpipe on my car.

Hilarious, I still remember that time when you had that run...the guy who inspected your car pretty much went "ITS OVER 9000!!!" :rofl::rofl::rofl:

T1R header, catless, catback VTEC YOOOOO!

Blox 4-2-2-1, Test Pipe, T1R, no silencer, daily.

JDM ITR 4-1, Blox test pipe, Apexi N1 w/o silencer.


(would be daily again)

I run open downpipe and my wastegate out my hood.... When I put my 4" exhaust on it's actually louder than running no exhaust at all.

Berz out.

i ran with a test pipe before no cat and it was loud as fuck, and raspy.


So i put back my stock cat

How do you guys stand the smell...?

I don't usually hang out behind my car..

If you can smell your exhaust you have a leak somewhere.

Yea that was pretty loud. the N1 doesn't help

currently running edelbrock headers, to flowmaster super 40, thru custom mandrel bent tailpipe w/ 316 'foodgrade' stainless tip :p

I was going to do a cat delete but to my suprize when i pulled out the cat there was nothing in there :confused: where could it of gone???/

I guess my friend has a leak then lol...drove his car from van to rmd and I could smell it while stopped at a traffic light with all the windows open.


You guys can't smell it even with all your windows open?

Comptech headers - ritchie's j-pipe - ritchie's test pipe - apexi ws2. It was loud now back to stock all way to cat and apexi ws2
