How to see the bandwidth usage data of each PC on a Network?

I have been getting a buncha upload data (3-5GB per day)

There are about 8 computers hooked up to the network (password protected)
I can't figure out which one of them are doing all the uploads...(no bittorent on most of the time)

Is there anyway I can see how much dl/ul data is each machine doing?
I have a Linksys WRT160N V2 router.

You should beable to monitor the usage from your router status page, 192.168.1.1 etc.

i don't think that router has bandwidth usage statistics. If you can put dd-wrt firmware on it, it has bandwidth metering.

otherwise you will have to install a metering program on every PC and check them individually. something like http://www.bwmonitor.com/
