It's contacts, those contacts make it show like it's crazy dilated, and huge.

her eyes are normal, she's wearing circle lenses so it looks dilated since the pupil portion of the lens is fixed at a "enlarged" diameter and "evil eyed" since the lens probably shifted much like your contacts being shifted. Her eyes are probably fine...

I probably had 2-3 better looking teachers in both elementary and high school.
