So I bought a few hundred dollars worth of stuff off the site on Sat., using my Visa and the order hasn't been processed yet since they're still on holidays (called customer service). Then I came across this promo:

Does this mean I can't get the additional 20% if I bought the stuff on sale?

after i submitted purchase the site crashed on me @__@ and no email like "thanks for purchasing or sth..

You should get an email titled: Your www.shopadidas.ca order confirmation

It lists your purchases and total and at the bottom it says:

I did call to see if they would apply the 20% off for using Visa but there was a message saying they were closed for the holidays and it didn't say when they would be open for business. I guess I'll give them another try for the next few days.

doesn't work cos the code only works on non-discounted items

I'm on my way to the store to try all the shoes I want on, them coming home to order them online :D!

Anyone ordered from them in the past? I understand it's holiday season and all, but how long does it normally take to get your stuff?

23rd - order placed
29th - (18:00)origin scan and (22:00)departure scan (Concord, ON)

I figured the package (3 pairs of kicks) should be in BC by now. I could be paranoid about it but there wasn't an option to pay for insurance... Only an express shipping option was available.

Nevermind. I read this off of the VisaPerks link,
I'm going to assume it takes a day to cross each province, hopefully I get my stuff by the end of this week.

^noo..its more like they took 6 days to get ur package ready and ship it out..so you'll get it by next week for sure!

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes!

Ordered on 25th, UPS picked up on 31st. I should be recieving tomorrow or Wednesday.

Just got my stuff today - a bit longer than I expected.

The holidays were probably a factor, it only took two days for UPS to pick up after I placed my order.


Am I the only one who was disappointed that none of the star wars kicks came in large sizes :troll:

I could've got the white/green good Stan Smiths in my size if I wasn't distracted when I ordered. I had to redo my cart and then it was out of stock in my size.

Still haven't gotten my stuff, but they sent me an e-mail saying they were out of the porsche designs :'( so they refunded that and gave me a coupon code for 20% off non-sale items. If anyone wants it PM me
