Iphone -> bluetooth tethering -> another phone

how can I tell if a phone will support BT tethering?

let's say a Motorola EX115, it doesn't have 3G or wifi or android.
will any phone that support bluetooth work?

Are you trying to do data tethering going from the iphone to the moto?
