is the timing belt/ water pump changed? Are there any leaks or burning oil or coolant?

it was but not by me. No leaks and it's not burning anything. Runs really strong. Whoever the 1st owner was took VERY good care of it. I haven't had it long enough to take much credit for that haha. I can tell you that it was mainly driven last winter and while I was between cars in this past fall. I did an oil change on it not long before I put it away, it didn't need anything else.

Do you have an idea when they were changed?

I dont, sorry. With 235,000kms on the car I wouldn't worry about it, but that's me.
