they are 6.5". basically a 2 way speaker with 355 degree tweeter swivel. the tweets are hooked up to an external x-over network for a cleaner sound.

So are the tweeters built into the speaker or they are separate components?

tweets are in the speaker....they are angled and swivel 355 degrees, but are part of the speaker.....
